  • What is IF28?

    IF28 is a comprehensive 28 day coaching & accountability program designed to eliminate the most common food sources of inflammation and restore metabolic function. It is a comprehensive approach that incorporates nutrition, intermittent fasting, low dose exercise, and accountability to help quickly reset the body. 

  • Do I have to eat special foods on IF28?

    Absolutely not! The magic of IF28 is learning which foods cause inflammation and which don't. Both are available at your local grocery store and now you will learn which to buy and which to skip by. This is a whole foods plan that won't break the bank purchasing exotic foods and you don't have to buy any prepackaged meals either. Most people report spending less on food during IF28!

  • Do I have to do a ton of exercise to get results?

    Actually the opposite is true. The emphasis of the program is reducing inflammation and restoring metabolic health. You will be encouraged to do low intesity, movement based activities like walking. If you are used to more intense forms of exercise, you can use the LIVE and recorded workouts in TrYumph Nation to maintain your fitness levels during the program.

  • Is this a "KETO" diet?

    The most effective method of restoring metabolic health is by reducing dependency of sugar and other highly refined carbohydrates. While IF28 won't have you in a constant state of ketosis, your body will produce and utilize more ketones and lower overall insulin production. The key to IF28 is the intermittent fasting with moderate amounts of high fiber carbs, protein, and fats. 

  • If I have a lot of weight to lose, can I repeat IF28?

    While we don't consider the primary goal of IF28 weight loss, it is a definite side effect of reducing inflammation and restoring metabolic function. Most people can expect to lose 10 to 15 pounds on IF28 and it is completely safe to repeat as many times neccesary to reach your goals. Graduates of the program will receive special pricing for any repeat rounds.
