What is Group Personal Training?
We all have to start somewhere. We are thrilled to help all ages, shapes, and sizes of people. We love helping people get results, get back their swagger, and ultimately transform!! Look at this snapshot of our 530am session.
At TrYumph Fitness and Personal Training, you get the best of both worlds. We combine the unique and functional programming of personal training with the affordability of group training in a private state of the art fitness studio. You get mobility, strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), metabolic conditioning, flexibility, and positive mindset all wrapped into one workout.
